HEY POLITICIANS... YOU DO NOT NEED MORE MONEY IF YOU FEEL YOU NEED MORE SECURITY

After hearing all the politicians begging for more of our hard earned money, under the guise of wanting more personal security following the Tucson, AZ shootings and murder by a deranged left-leaning nut-job, I waited a week and finally decided to send the following email to ALL of my elected officials using the Tea Party Citizen Action Center's email service for Louisiana residents.  I don't know if this type of service is available in other states but I LOVE the fact that it's available to those of us in Louisiana.

GET RID OF YOUR EXTRA OFFICES AND ALL THE EXPENSE THAT GOES WITH EACH OF THEM. THEN, AFTER THE 25% REDUCTION IN YOUR BUDGET, IF YOU'VE BEEN PRUDENT WITH YOUR CUTS, YOU'LL HAVE ENOUGH FOR A BODY GUARD... BUT THEN WHY SHOULD YOU GET ONE???

SOLDIERS PUT THEIR LIVES ON THE LINE AND DON'T HAVE BODYGUARDS. POLICE OFFICERS PUT THEIR LIVES ON THE LINE AND DON'T HAVE BODYGUARDS. BOTH OF THOSE PUBLIC SERVANTS ARE IN FAR MORE DANGEROUS SITUATIONS AND DON'T HAVE BODY GUARDS... SO WHY SHOULD YOU? DO YOU REALLY THINK YOU ARE SPECIAL OR MORE IMPORTANT THAN A SOLDIER OR POLICE OFFICER? WELL YOU'RE NOT!!!!!
