MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Santa is busy doing his thing but it doesn't mean that politics and criticism can't continue.

PART TWO --

After reading this, all those who may have been misled proponents of Helen Keller might wish for retroactive lumps of coal in her stocking and wrapped rocks under her Christmas tree.

I've had this @TheBlaze article opened in a tab for about a week, wanting to write about it but time kept getting away from me -- and speaking of Time, The Blaze article is about a Time Magazine article that basically calls Helen Keller "just another privileged white person."  Wait! What???   https://www.theblaze.com/news/helen-keller-white-privilege-time

I finally opened the actual Time Magazine article (I usually refrain from visiting Time or most other left-wing LSM news "sources" so they do not financially benefit from my click for their advertising purposes -- but I wanted to read more about the quote.

Just a few paragraphs into the Time article were these two paragraphs which made me realize that Keller was not just a blind deaf girl who went on to greatness.  She was actually a far-left libtard and "just another privileged white person" --

SNIP - If students learn about any of Keller’s accomplishments as an adult, they learn that she became the first Deafblind graduate of Radcliffe College (now Harvard University) in 1904, and worked for American Foundation for the Blind from the mid-1920s until her death in 1968, advocating for schools for the blind and braille reading materials.

But they don’t learn that she co-founded the American Civil Liberties Union in 1920; that she was an early supporter of the NAACP, and an opponent of lynchings; that she was an early proponent of birth control...

She was a member of the Socialist Party and corresponded with Eugene Debs, the party’s most prominent member, and a five-time presidential candidate. She also read Marx, and her associations with all of these far-left groups landed her on the radar of the FBI, which monitored her for ties to the Communist Party. - END SNIP https://time.com/5918660/helen-keller-disability-history/

Those last two words, "birth control," were a link to a New York University website about "The Margaret Sanger Papers Project."

For those who have been living under a rock for the past 50 years, Margaret Sanger is the founder of Planned Parenthood as a form of providing abortions mostly to the black community.  Yes, Sanger was an avowed racist who wanted to control the black population in America -- and probably around the world.

Apparently, Keller's idea of "birth control" is not taking a BCP to help prevent contraception, but her "birth control" was actually pro-abortion and favoring infant euthanasia (a/k/a abortions -- especially to those who may be predisposed to health issues).

SNIP - Keller, who became blind and deaf following an illness when she was 19 months old, did not appreciate being used as a prop for these infant euthanasia opponents. She wrote that Haiselden “performed a service to society as well as to the hopeless being he spared from a life of misery . . . the world is already flooded with unhappy, unhealthy, mentally unsound persons that should never have been born.” - END SNIP https://www.nyu.edu/projects/sanger/articles/keller.php

WOW!!!  Just WOW!!!  Public education (and probably most private education) has failed us all again!!!

The 14 Days Before Christmas (song parody to The 12 Days Of Christmas)

Thanks for reading my blog and following my blog and Youtube Channels. Please consider using my Amazon Store link for your Amazon shopping. I earn a very small commission from Amazon and it doesn't cost you anything extra.  https://amzn.to/387qp8d

Adding on to The 12 Days Of Christmas song, which actually starts on Christmas Day and ends January 5th, I'm going to try and do a meme/gif/video a day for the 14 days leading up to Christmas.  I'll be updating this post every day with a new verse for the song. You can also follow me on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/lenny.vasbinder to see the updates each day.

Now, sing it with me --

On the 14th day before Christmas, a little girl wanted to say --

On the 13th day before Christmas, a magic trick gift for the kids --

On Friday the 13th, the 12th day before Christmas 2019, Jason killed the Elf On The Shelf --

On the 11th day before Christmas, I finally put my Christmas tree up -- mom, is that you? --

On the 10th day before Christmas, the Reindeer tried on their new socks --

On the 9th day before Christmas, the Squirrel showed off his Christmas lights --

On the 8th day before Christmas, the Rednecks hung their Christmas stockings (they were a day late because they were out hunting reindeer) --

On the 7th day before Christmas, T-Rex needed help decorating his Christmas tree --

On the 6th day before Christmas, the Elf On The Shelf needed some more money --

On the 5th day before Christmas, my friend, John Callahan sings his song parody, Oh Democrat! --

On the 4th day before Christmas, Lenny went to Facebook Jail AGAIN!!!! (for this meme)(You can get your Facebook Jail T-shirts at my Amazon Store here -- https://amzn.to/2ZoioqR --

On the 3rd day before Christmas, Rudolph got sick and called Cousin Leroy The Redneck Reindeer to take over on Christmas Eve --

On the 2nd day before Christmas, you told Santa that you were good this year--now it's canceled because Santa died laughing. Thanks a lot! --

On the day before Christmas, Lenny went back to Facebook Jail for defending Jesus Christ (for the disparaging movie on Netflix--and probably my comment about a gay Pres. Obama sucking a tranny Michelle. LOL) --

Merry Christmas And Happy Holidays To All - Now Here Are Some Recent Holiday Jokes/Stories That I Received Via Email!

Subject: FW: [joke] Holiday Eating Tips

1. Avoid carrot sticks. Anyone who puts carrots on a holiday buffet table knows nothing of the Christmas spirit. In fact, if you see carrots, leave immediately. Go next door, where they're serving rum balls.

2. Drink as much eggnog as you can. And quickly. Like fine single-malt scotch, it's rare. In fact, it's even rarer than single-malt scotch. You can't find it any other time of year but now. So drink up! Who cares that it has 10,000 calories in every sip? It's not as if you're going to turn into an eggnog-aholic or something. It's a treat. Enjoy it. Have one for me. Have two. It's later than you think. It's Christmas!

3. If something comes with gravy, use it. That's the whole point of gravy. Gravy does not stand alone. Pour it on. Make a volcano out of your mashed potatoes. Fill it with gravy. Eat the volcano. Repeat.

4. As for mashed potatoes, always ask if they're made with skim milk or whole milk. If it's skim, pass. Why bother? It's like buying a sports car with an automatic transmission.

5. Do not have a snack before going to a party in an effort to control your eating. The whole point of going to a Christmas party is to eat other people's food for free. Lots of it. Hello?

6. Under no circumstances should you exercise between now and New Year's. You can do that in January when you have nothing else to do. This is the time for long naps, which you'll need after circling the buffet table while carrying a 10-pound plate of food and that vat of eggnog.

7. If you come across something really good at a buffet table, like frosted Christmas cookies in the shape and size of Santa, position yourself near them and don't budge. Have as many as you can before becoming the center of attention. They're like a beautiful pair of shoes. If you leave them behind, you're never going to see them again.

8. Same for pies. Apple. Pumpkin. Mincemeat. Have a slice of each. Or, if you don't like mincemeat, have two apples and one pumpkin. Always have three. When else do you get to have more than one dessert? Labor Day?

9. Did someone mention fruitcake? Granted, it's loaded with the mandatory celebratory calories, but avoid it at all cost. I mean, have some standards.

10. One final tip: If you don't feel terrible when you leave the party or get up from the table, you haven't been paying attention. Reread all tips; start over, but hurry, January is just around the corner.

Remember this motto to live by: "Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"

Subject: [joke] Nativity Scene

In a small Southern town there was a "Nativity Scene" that showed great skill and talent had gone into creating it. One small feature bothered me. The three wise men were wearing firemen's helmets.

Totally unable to come up with a reason or explanation, I left. At a "Quick Stop" on the edge of town, I asked the lady behind the counter about the helmets.

She exploded into a rage, yelling at me, "You damn Yankees never do read the Bible!" I assured her that I did, but simply couldn't recall anything about firemen in the Bible.

She jerked her Bible from behind the counter and ruffled through some pages, and finally jabbed her finger at a passage. Sticking it in my face she said "See, it says right here, 'The three wise man came from afar.'"

Subject: FW: [joke] Happy Thanksgiving (US)

Today is Thanksgiving in the US. People are travelling to be with family and/or friends, turkeys are being cooked, vast feasts are being laid out on crowded dining room tables. Parades are being watched, football games being played and teams being cheered on. Later today, people will be laying about in a food induced stupor.

You guys living in other countries are busy working and waiting for Friday to come, not knowing what you are missing .

Here is a quick video for your enjoyment today.
